Does Lux "outscale" veigar?

Her spells are longer ranged and her utility is higher as well in a shield. Sure she can't stun like veigar but her utility and range geez.....

She scales hard, but no mages outscale Veigar.

She will however fuck him up in lane.

If by "utility out-scale," then yes, Lux Lux proves better because she has a slow, a 2-second single-target root, a shield that also applies to allies, and an ult. that can finish off stragglers so long as they remain in a straight line. Veigar Veigar on the other hand only has a ring of stun that is a 2-second stun, but is primarily used for damage than strong utility because it follows-up with his other abilities.

In terms of "damage out-scale," Veigar proves better because he can gain infinite amounts of AP and his abilities have ridiculously high AP scale, at 700 AP, his ult. can insta-kill a squishy. Lux, however, cannot gain infinite AP and while she has great scale with her abilities, it could fall short in the late-game.

You can win early mid game ,but late game he will just 1 shot you ,by his ulti.

Lux should nearly always win that match up because veigar's gotta get in range to damage her. His ult range especially is incredibly short.

Lux "outscales" Veigar the way Caitlyn "outscales" Vayne.

Vayne will always do more late game, but it hits a point that Vayne will get one shotted by the Nocturne/Shaco/Darius as long as their team has some zone or engage, while Caitlyn has an easy time in teamfights dishing out what she has.

2 different play styles, lux will destroy veigar if she uses her range. In veigar a range he can one shot her

No. Even Veigar's W has higher scaling than Lux's ult. Plus a 40+ minute Veigar is going to have hundreds of free AP from his Q. Veigar scales way harder than Lux.
