10 bans were a lie, Riot Games?
Have been holding off playing for five days under the impression my chances will be better with my pet bans, but the ten ban system still isn't implemented and I'm growing agitated.

They didn't change their minds about the singed buffs they just don't want to rush them & make him over buffed. They should be coming patch 7.13
