Spell Vamp,

I understand that Mages need a way to get some health back,,,, But come on. the only champions that use Spell vamp are Mordekaiser and Vlad. wich makes the Stat basically useless but when used by those champions EXTREMELY powerful. Also, keep note that the two champions i listed dont use mana, this means they are allowed to sustain while doing high amounts of damage. my main problem is Vlad actually

anyway i dont really see the point when only two champions use it, and those two champions dont use resources (health but WITH spellvamp and heal in their kit, basically resourceless)
