Heimerdinger requires enemies and teammates alike to change their playstyle entirely

He's OP and I ban him every time.

He's not OP numbers-wise, but design wise as he requires everyone to change their playstyle in order to fit Heimerdinger.

Enemies are forced to play super passive in higher levels, and more aggressive players on both teams are made to suck it simply because 1 person out of 10 chose to pick Heimerdinger rather than another champ.

Teammates are also forced to play really passively in the higher levels because their enemies will be playing safe.

In lower levels, people just dive Heim's turrets and end up feeding him, and then all attention goes to Heim's lane while other lanes are ignored.

Either way it's not fun.

i mean hes just an annoying champ all around but for the most part hes just useless unless you supidly try to fight him. kinda like a singed. You just hard cc him at the start of a teamfight with either annie or malphite and burst him before he can pop his ult off. yes you have to play passive against him but i feel like thats his prowess, is that presence he has and his high damage if you let him abuse you.

Heimer is the one champ I will never own. He's complete cheese and in low elos(bronze-gold), no one can stop him if the heimer is even half smart and knows what to build and how to split push(no it doesn't mean build ap and zhonyas right away), but I'm not going to say how it works because I really don't wanna see more heimers
