Can we give Quinn a REAL passive?

Her passive "Harrier" should be shifted to her W. Most other champions with a skill like this have it on their QWE abilities which allows them to have a REAL passive.

Suggestion for her new passive

How about "Enemies marked by Harrier now take an additional 10% of their max hp from all attacks and spells by Quinn for the next 5 seconds"? This would fit her "hunter/skirmisher theme and help her deal with all the tanks that are hard to take down.

Of course the numbers could be tweaked a little. Thoughts?

What you seem to be missing is that the passive speed buff isn't the main part of Harrier. The main part is the insane bonus damage.

I agree with this... But instead of the passive you mentioned how about we make that lame ass ult her new passive. Nerf the movement speed a little and make it where after running and not taking damage she goes into tag team mode. It would make so much more sense... I am a Quinn main and like MOST other Quinn mains I prefer the old Quinn because of how clunky and weird this Quinn feels at times...

I assume one would be Kalista, who has a vision granting on her W, with a % max health damage as a passive on it.
