Champion.gg - Rumble Top Stats, Builds, Runes, Masteries and Counters

Hi Riot! Rumble has been my main since s5 started. He's a great champion which is fun and has a unique passive.

Nowadays I dont't see reason to pick Rumble in rankeds. When I pick him everybody starts to hate me. They say Rumble is out of meta. And no one else is playing him. Do you have any plans to him?

I have thinking about that he's ultimate cd should be lowered, because nowadays you need it more often than like last season when you nerfed it which was quite a right. Or giving him more movement speed from W or just increase the damage.

Does anyone feel the same thing? Riot could you tell me how Rumble works in this meta? Does he have any other strenghts than landing a perfect ultimate in teamfights? Thank you for reading this!

I dont know, Rumble is already currently a HUGE lane bully with that 50 Q range buff and frequency buff. Might want to wait a bit before considering such things.

Not to mention the Mage Overhaul will definitely affect him.

Rumble is a complicated champ, I feel like he has his perks in the right hands, but the problem is he's so easy to counter it's not worth using over other lane bullies like quinn or graves. He's outclassed as a tank by meta tanks such as Illaoi Garen Gnar Malphite Nasus and outclassed as a lane bully by Quinn Darius Graves Irelia Fiora

Rumble just kinda exist in a match, his job is to stop enemies from getting CS, while being horrible at getting CS himself. His lane is a stalemate, and the problem is he doesn't have an "execute" move.. he can block people off during ganks with his ult and get a kill off that but he can't easily get kills unless he has amazing aim and positioning. Not to mention minion colision completely screws him over. He's good for stealing drags and stuff, but falls off.

Maybe I'm just a terrible rumble (I am) and every rumble I've seen was terrible, but I never really see rumbles win games. I think once actually... I'd say play him if it's vs. nasus.. but again if you want to just force people to back just play quinn or even gnar with his range.

I'd buff him so he actually can carry, but I wouldn't argue the idea of a rework. The problem isn't him it's the meta and his competition.. he's unique in mechanics, not unique in roles at all.

Lets see how the mage update works out, who knows if maybe items or something gets changed to make him much better.

Yeah Ive mained rumble since he released into league of legends. When they nerfed his flamethrower it destroyed him in everyway. You have to make yourself so much more venerable now to do any sort of flame thrower damage to the enemy. There are way better champ picks top lane that bring much more to the team.
