42% winrate is the second lowest in toplane after Yorick. I like the Rumble jungle but I liked him even more as a lane bully. Now you just get f**ked up. Something needs to be changed.
i played him top few times recently and he seems the same as when he was picked/banned every competitive game, i shit on every naut top and even fiora seemed easy besides rumble was never about laning but team fights and considering mr itemization is so strong now he gets the dick later in the game, gotta wait for maw nerf, ap rework

Well, currently top lane is taken over by like five champions that don't let anyone else in, so unless something changes in the next item overhaul we won't see him there for quite some time. (Also, jungle Rumble suffers from the same problem as top Rumble, going jungle only postpones them in the actual game)

Rumble gets camped hardcore. If let him destroy your toplaner, it's your fault for throwing the game. He works only vs people that don't know how to counter him. Plat + players should now that he is a free kill for the jungler, if he tries to go aggro and push the wave.
His winrate is low because he is hard to play. that's win. I main him and i know how to win with him.
