can you fix thresh hook?

in melee range. if your anywhere near thresh. i mean. to the side. infront of him. literally you can be 90 degrees to the side in melee range and it grabs you. i flashed 90 degrees last game. perpendicular to the hook and i still got hooked. the animation doesn't tell us where the hook is going and the hit box is ridiculous. and thresh can completely cancel its animation.
