I want to refund my hybrid penetration runes, because they are noob traps useless

I bought them a long time ago, when they have been released, since i played kayle a lot and wanted to test them out. Unfortunately, these are only a noob traps that costs ame 13.5k IP... I wasnt aware of my decision since i didnt know a lot about this game few years ago.

Why do you riot release runes that has no practice use for any champion? There are not any, who deal real hybrid damage 50 to 50 magic and physical, due to your balance changes, you got rid from hybrid completely. Me and probably most of the hybrid penetration runes owners want to refund this overpriced crap you gave it to us. It delayed our game progression a lot, taking a step back in owning the runes or champions that matters.

um yeah you have no clue what you are talking about. Hybrid are actually good on most AP champs. If you auto ever for a last hit they help, if you auto in a trade they help, if you cast magic spells they help.

The difference between mpen reds and hybrid reds in magic pen is 3. You lose 3 magic pen if you take hybrid, not a bad trade off and can win you the early game.

Also you never know when a champ that will come out that may use them even better.

I use my hybrids all the time, especially on champions listed by Maximum Morde with their mixed damages but also on any early-game AP champion that needs to win their lane - Having the armor penetration on autoattacks is very meaningful in the laning phase.

I run with x7 hybrid/ 2x MP for 6/6 hybrid penetration and it definitely aren't noobtrap. And I'm pretty sure the new Morde will benefit from them greatly, and so should all the hybrid champs out there. Granted there are better champs for them than others but simply saying is noobtrap is testament that in fact you have no idea how valuable they are.

Hybrid pen runes are strong on Shyvana and champions like Syndra, Morgana etc.

They provide about 66% of each penetration stat compared to the single-pen marks.

If you are a mage that autoattacks semi-frequently to harass, they are useful.

Common users are champions like Orianna, Twisted Fate, Kennen, Akali, Swain (and most mages mid-lane). They are also used by top-lane tanks/fighter such as Malphite, Maokai, and Dr. Mundo who deal a significant amount of magic damage.

As an owner of both Hybrid Pen Marks and Quints, I have never regretted their purchase. To the contrary, I have regretted the purchase of Magic Penetration Marks since I never use them since Hybrid Penetration runes are just stronger in most situations.

you are crazy man, hybrid pen imo are superior to regular magic pen. they will help with last hitting, auto attack trades early, and you only lose 3 magic pen.

they are also amazing on hybrid champs if you build them as such, Akali, Ekko (believe it or not, hybrid not bad since you get a lot of autos in there), Jax, and viable on others too like Kayle. Orianna is another person who takes strong advantage of these as her auto attacks hit quite hard early if you run em.

I am a Lux main and I run them on Lux since her kit directly encourages you to follow up abilities with an auto attack. they are quite good. I think they are underrated by people. as 3 magic pen is really not that amazing.

They're actually very good and used to always be taken mid in competitive play, due to better harass on AA doing more damage for only 3 magic pen.

There are plenty of Champions that deal mixed damage, though it's mostly early game because by late they are typically focused on one or the other. Akali, Kayle, Eve, Jax, Kogmaw, the list goes on. The amount of pen on the hybrid runes is decent enough that they are good enough even on champs that use a single type so I don't consider them a true noob trap. %HP, now those are noob traps.
