That slight manacost increase didnt touch him at all...

Yet, you nerfed deathfire touch and slightly increased his W manacost, he still has ridiculous damage along with his totally broken passive and yes i am talking here about Brand Brand.

The main problem however is his stun, which is 2 seconds long since 2 lvl, this is crazy. Just give him cdr, items like item 3116 item 3151 and you will be totally pissed off while playing against him.

Why does Swain swain has got his snare duration decreased on the first lvl's, while it is still weaker than stun, and this son of a ..... could have 2 sec stun from the beginning, this is insane. You nerfed Annie stun some time ago, now it is the time to have a look on brand, really. He would be balanced without so long stun. I dont even mind his damage, which is totally out of any scale, but the 2 sec stun is just too much for todays standards, and this on 6-4 sec cooldown... Ahri ahri has her charm on weak damage skillshot spell, which she has to upgrade in order if she want to dissable somebody for longer. And here comes brand, and has 2 sec stun for free, while dealing much more damage, gg wp. Thank you.

Brand is annoying. I admit I really dont like seeing him on the enemy team. However, I feel like the 2 second stun has its place in the game.

also, your comparisons are total bullshit.

Swain can snare multiple people, and has a heavy heal. Annie can stun... basically everyone on the enemy team. and has a medium strength shield to prevent damage. And Ahri has hypermobility in her ult, and a heal.

In my opinion Brand's stun is fine.

You need to land either a short-ranged, single-target ability or a long-range AoE ability before using your stun. The former is extremely risky for Brand to use and the latter is not guaranteed to land.

Then you need to hit your desired target with your stun, which is easier said than done because it only hits one person. You can hit a target you didn't want to hit or that didn't have the blaze effect on them, or you can miss your stun altogether.

There's a bit that Brand needs to do in order to set up the stun, and gets rewarded appropriately for landing that stun.

Brand mid winrate down 4% = didn't touch him at all.

Just reduce Brand's MS to Morgana's level and BOOM, he's balanced.

There's no reason for Morgana to be 325 and Brand to be 340 when Brand's burst is so much higher than Morgana's.

i still don't get why they allow his bouncing firebolt to deal that unholy amount of damage, while being able to bounce again to you.

Brand needs to expend 120 - 160 mana to stun his target, and that's assuming he actually hits them.

As long as you aren't in groping distance of Brand in that he can hit you with his E, you've got a huge warning before he can land his W on you, and if he does, you have ample time to dodge his Q.

And this isn't like Blitzcrank's pull where it hits and you're completely out of position and about to get McGangbanged by 4 other champions. If anything, hitting his stun will completely eliminate his viability as a support, which is something I'm not ok with.

If there's anything to hit, it's his passive. Instead of doing %max health damage, do % missing health damage so he can't just ride liandry's passive to a pentakill. It wouldn't change lane Brand since his passive already is balls early game, and if it proves too problematic some of his nerfs can get reverted.

If his stun is the main problem, why hasn't anyone complained about up till now? The synergies between his passive, rylais, and liandries have all existed up till now too. And he always did great damage. That's the point of immobile burst mages. They don't have mobility, but make up for it in damage. The only thing that I think has truly changed, (Except for deathfire's touch which got nerfed) is that he's popular now, so you see him in a lot more games. That's literally it.

People on these boards pretty much want every champs, but the ones they play nerfed. It has very little to do with balance.

Brand's stun is one of the only good, frequent ways of countering the new mobility creep i.e. Yasuo. I think he's fine.
