Braum's Q does too much as an individual spell especially in the context of the his other utility

Winter's Bite Cooldown: 10 / 9 / 8 / 7 / 6 Cost: 55 / 60 / 65 / 70 / 75
Braum propels ice from his shield that travels forward in a line, dealing 70 / 115 / 160 / 205 / 250 (+2.5% of Braum's max. health) magic damage and slowing the first enemy hit by 70% that decays over 2 seconds.

It's a fairly short cooldown with low mana cost that scales fairly well off braum's hp. The slow is also pretty huge and it applies 1 stack of his passive. The ability just does way too much especially when you consider all the other utility baked into his kit. Toning down the damage and the slow a tad might actually make Braum pretty balanced instead of a consistent top support pick.

As a Braum main, there's three easy ways to avoid his Q.

  1. Use minion block to your advantage
  2. Kite/dashes
  3. Morgana

Braum's Q is also his only basic ability that does damage, or anything at all to the enemy laners for that matter.

Ah, now people are complaining about Braum. Lol. I'd love to see the day when Aatrox is called OP. It will happen on these boards.
