Please disable Frost Queen's Claim for Twisted Treeline

The map is so short that it pretty much guarantees a 40% slow on at least one target. It makes jungling incredibly difficult because of the slow and it reveals your location. It's already a very strong item but TT pretty much gives it a 100% accuracy rate
