Syndra cannot have a point and click ult that has such a low CD, such high base damage, and scaling

It's incredibly obvious that Syndra is way overtuned. The burst damage, the sustained damage, the amount of CC she provides. What really makes her over the top is how absolutely fucking disgusting and broken her ult is. She cannot have a point and click ult that does 500 damage at level 6 with only 1 orb out. For context that's about 2/3rds of the standard mages HP pool. She doesn't even have to land a skill shot or really do anything except put down a Q anywhere on the ground.

In the past we've changed champions forcing them to land skillshots to do their full burst, forcing people to actually play the champion well. We changed ahri so that she has to land her charm to do her full burst. We've changed Anivia because Riot was afraid that the few anivia mains still left out there would wreck kids with the Q+E combo. Syndra players don't even have to land a single skillshot, can throw out their ult and do the vast majority of someone's health. It's unacceptable and not at all consistent with the gameplay philosophy they have had for other mages.
