If you can't fix minion block then give everyone phantom dancer passive

I am so fucking tired of losing lane or the game because of minion block and so fucking tired of winning games/lanes because of minion block instead of my own skill. If you can't fix the issue by conventional means then completely disable the problem. This has gone on for far to fucking long, it's been over 2 seasons and you haven't fixed the problem. It's time to start looking at other solutions instead of allowing it to be fucking gamebreaking
