Lf coach, and or tips for mid! (Also looking for azir tips)

Hi guys, I'm currently a platV player and struggling to climb any higher now. I've been plat for almost 3 seasons now and I can't see myself improving with the help of better players, I main mid currently, and my champion pool is I'm trying to improve on azir also atm. My biggest issue is that no matter what I do, my team goes on tilt and its non-stop argument. I'm looking for general mid tips, how to improve, when to roam, cs, when to build certain items, etc. I'd love to take the time to get any advice I can, I'd also highly prefer any Plat+ advice, but anything lower for advice/tips cant hurt can it? I'm trying to improve as a player, and mechanics, if you'd like to hit me up in game, it's LetzGetFizzical.
