Morde's hp/5 is ridiculously low for a health-based caster

We all know they efficiently killed both Kassa and Veigar but Morde got molested in the name of "compensation" as well. Sure he got a tiny bit of utility but his damage on w got nerfed quite significantly, which tbh I can live with but the nerf to his hp/5 was totally unnecessary. Mundo got a great sustain passive as well as decent hp/5 and cleavers. Vlad got his low cd q and good hp/5 Aatrox got his w and decent hp/5

what does Morde have? Riven-tier hp/5 but a shield. I know Riot is all about that #counterplay and don't really like Morde's lane-bully nature but this was a pretty significant hit to his early game. So, can we like increase his regen a bit or do we have to get some more dfg compensation "buffs"?
