Making poachers knife viable

Ok so poachers knife we all know is pretty much useless. Truth is that a lot of junglers dont really counter jungler unless they are experienced or have a champ designed around that (e g Nunu, rek sai, shaco etc). Usually good junglers invade when they know that its safe or if they're going for that lvl 2 cheese. Maybe some of you disagree but when it really comes down to it you dont need poachers to counter jungle, its just not necessary. But! I have a couple of suggestions that may make it a little more pleasing to the eye.

First gaining extra exp for killing enemy camps up to level 6. This will give players the reward they deserve for the risk being taken. Nothing too much but significant enough of a boost that stealing a camp or two is actually worth your time. Plus the exp boost stops at level 6 so it cant be used for snowballing.

If you dont like that then check this out, BONUS SMITE POWER. While smiting enemy camps you get plus 50 power on your smite. This way you can clear camps faster or just out smite your opponent if your dancing around a buff (we have all been there..). And no..the smite power bonus doesnt work on baron, dragon, or even your own camps, just the enemies. These additions plus the 20 gold and movement speed bonus actually makes the poachers knife sound attractive for particular champs or playstyles. And before you say thats its too much, think about this. It offers no sustain unlike trailblazer, nor does it give you a smite for ganking like stalkers or skirmishers. Its entirely relient on you smacking around enemy camps. And if your opponent sees your build and knows your going to be in their jungle, they will prepare for that. These changes would simply make it worth using poachers to counter jungle. Thoughts?

I would say an extra 50-300 damage.

What do you think of the following?

If you use smite at a very long range (think of it as a blue ward) over an enemy jungle, it gives vision of the monsters if these are alive (only possible to use in jungle camps).

If these are alive, a debuff is also applied to them for a limited time. (Maybe opponent can have the possibility to realize that they have been marked).

Or instead, if enemy jungler was doing the camp at the time you sent smite, jungler gets marked and gain for a brief time vision of his position.
