Katarina nerfs

A few patches ago, Katarina's passive damage was nerfed pretty decently because she was doing too well. In my opinion, I think she was only excelling because she is one of the best users of sudden impact, next to Kalista.

If the sudden impact nerfs go through (increasing the cooldown from 4 seconds to 25 seconds) can Katarina get some sort of compensation? Maybe a reversion of the passive nerfs?

I don't like seeing champs get the old Sejuani treatment. If sudden impact was nerfed from the start, perhaps Kha'zix would be a little less problematic as well.

If you going to do that, don't forgot the poor assassin that just got hit by duskblade nerf
