There’s a much easier way to find out. Go to the front page (na.leagueoflegends.com) and look at the most recent patch notes.

If it says «14 days ago» then next patch is tomorrow.

Memorial day(Not sure if it's a thing in Europe) was on Monday, so Riot had that day off. The patch is probably going to be a day late because of that

Honestly, I'm not really hyped for Tomorrow, because I'm a hardcore Kindred fanboy, and I understand the balance that needs to be made for marksmen, but I didn't prepare a new patch build like I did for Pyke.

I mean the build doesn't change, at early game anyway, Kindred will still relatively rush the same items...

But after those items, that's where you make your own choice about what to buy...

RECOMMENDED: New

I imagine that new Essence Reaver might be good on Kindred since after ulting you would be able to jump a lot more with Q and get more cooldown refunded on other abilities aswell. After buying Essense Reaver, that's where I sort of go blank on what you would buy next...
