welcome to high elo where these are rushed by at least 2/5 3/5 of the champions on the enemy team and people actually arent bronzies and understand that if they keep track of lux CD she is a free divable kill and dont just build 6 damage items

its not that lux is OP its that you low elos are bad and dont know how to itemize/dive an immobile champion with 10 second cooldowns
