Iron Solari needs to change.

Iron solari was originally intended as an anti magic AoE item, but now days so many champions have physical AoE damage it doesnt make sense for iron solari to have less armor than MR. Consider also that Iron Solari does not even have stats to support its own active item effect unlike rageblade, botrk, iceborn gauntlet, lichbane, etc.

Proposition: Make Iron Solari build path Aegis + Ruby Crystal

Additionally removing the decay would help substantially to survive aoe, rather than being useful only as a "anti burst" effect.
