You REALLY need to understand that a laner cannot reasonably stack the new Devourer to make it matter early enough...

Watch Imaqtpie doing it on his stream. It's incredibly difficult for an ADC to take the time to get the stacks, and when he tries he does more harm than good by having shit stats to start and by stealing camps from his own jungler. If you can get past that, sure it's nice, but until then it is very detrimental.

botrk does current hp dmg tho, and draven does 100% max hp damage in one auto. so koggles should be fine.

It's hard to stack for a laner, buit once he get sated devourer somehoe with item 3078 item 3153 it's over. He will 2 hit anyone and kill assasins before they can kill him.
