Will Ashe and Yasuo get compensation buffs?

Why should they get compensation buffs? They're both just as strong. They honestly had very little counterplay if the actually got rolling. Plus it's an indirect nerf to zeke's so do you want that item compensated as well?

There is also this little mastery that gives you the exact same thing. They don't stack additively, I don't know the math but you don't get 20% crit reduction.

I think that they stayed mostly similar in their own power levels; their damage was somewhat reduced, but armor in general was also reduced significantly in efficiency. Other ADCs did receive a spike in power, but I think that Ashe and Yasuo are in an okay spot right now; they're no Zilean.

I wouldn't count on it. Besides... if you see the enemy frontliners building Randuin, a Botrk is a good pickup.
