new jungle takes a pretty big dump on tanks who struggle with the first 3 levels

certain champs like Sejuani Rammus whoms clears below lvl 3 are were really slow are even slower now.

its to the point that after a couple of games it became pretty clear to me that whenever you pick one of these guys even with the new shiny keystone that they can get countered way to easy,

faster clear junglers will take the melons and scryers so we can't use those (it would be great if we had at least 1 melon plant in our own respective jungle and not in the river)

No it doesn't. Look up stonewall008. He has all of the clear paths for all jungle viable champs on his YouTube. Their speed and hp are fine by the time they finish.

because 35seconds doesn't matter...

and its totally not the difference between someone being level 2 or 3 when you gank.... especially your own level when everyone else is now ahead of you.

"all jungle viable champs" you mean what he managed to clear with.

took him a full 20 seconds longer with naut then with malz for example. thats enough for counterjungler who knows clearspeeds to steal your red. without much you can do about it.

edit: 20 seconds to clear first 3 camps*

But Maokai . I honestly don't know if he's legit, but if you stack his saplings on the raptors to start, take the camp and go wolves->blue from there, you take practically no damage (at least I didn't) and after blue, you should be able to gank pretty effectively. So if you're looking for a tank jungler, he might be viable. (Still too early to tell, but hey, I carried a game on it)

Starting at blue with Sejuani and I haven't had any issues.
