Can someone explain to me stalling
I don't get it. The enemy teams ahead. If they want a tower they just dive your whole team and then get the tower. If they get baron, they can just turn on you and ace your team. So how do you stall out a game

split pushing and wave clearing
Wave clearing and defending turrets rather than chasing singed into a 1v5 on the enemy fountain while they have all of their turrets up.
Well it's already been said, basically that. The whole point is to try and catch up in items by just farming it out and doing your best not to get caught.
Wave clearing really is the answer here. Thats why mages are so important, they are usually well equipped with tons of waveclear and is another reason ADC's build Runaanas (as well as its attack speed and multiple target thing).
Also not needlessly getting caught out is important too. In-fact those two things together are what will stall a game for you. Keep in mind though stalling isn't a fullproof tactic, it can fail depending on team comp, individual skill, and decision making.
But when you go to waveclear they can easily just kill you
Typically when people say shit like: "lissandra has poor waveclear", what they're actually saying is: "it's difficult for lissandra to waveclear under siege by 5 people". So basically, as important as AoE/Damage is, RANGE is a big (arguably bigger) factor, since if you can't stay safe to clear, you effectively have no clear at all.
Wave clears, roots, stuns.
Without minions around towers take less damage. Which is why towerdives happen with minions. You want to tank the turret anyways to keep the minions alive. And it helps zone off waveclear as the adc focuses turret.
Buy Zz'Rot. Place Zz'Rot. Sell Zz'Rot. Losing a bunch of gold is better than losing the game.
