Have you played those champions recently? That may have something to do with it.

You already own these champions, you are already toxic.

In fact, it doesn't. This was changed from the previous shops. Now you can get skins of champions that you do not own, and the champion's RP price is counted with the cost and discounted accordingly. I got PROJECT: Lucian, PROJECT: Yasuo, Firecracker Jinx, Captain Gangplank, Shockblade Zed, and Pool Party Lee Sin in My Teemoing Shop. I only play Jinx of the six champions. (I'm not a "big plays" kind of guy.)

I already own all those champs and I never play them, except Riven very, very occasionally (like once in 2-3 months). So even if you gets skins for the champs you own it means shit.
