Nocturne's passive on his E kinda sucks because it only works with himself most of the time. Most of the other champions with fears that effect enemy champions go jungle and nocturne kinda goes jungle too.
Like maybe we can give Karthus a fear I mean he's pretty scary and Mao'Kai too.

KoKoboto1 votesNah I think he's pretty average. It's just that the mechanic is pretty damn useless because if you manage to get the fear on your target you're like ALWAYS gonna be able to catch up to them regardless. I just want this interesting mechanic to be more useful and applicable.
