Sejuani new perma frost passive mark
Wouldn't it make more sense for the mark to be the Winter's Claw symbol instead of the hammer? Sejuani's tribe is Winter's Claw.

Yes the current icon needs some changes, not only does it not represent the winter's claw thing but it also looks very clunky, a bit turned to a side and then the circle and, W applies 2 stacks but Q none? x_x it's very very confusing
