Nocturne is doing horrible.

Why did he get so few votes? his identity is fun, it just isn't applicable anywhere Gold or higher. He needs help more than Mundo, Fiddlesticks, and everyone else on that list.

Uh what? Noc easily can take advantage of this meta better than Fid and Voli. Noc's passive and kit do something, meanwhile Voli's passive is about the most useless thing ever, and his trades are pretty lackluster the moment someone buys tabis. Fid is just an R bot, and the moment he gets caught with no zhonyas, he's about as useless as a worthless champ gets.

Noc is useless from minute 1 to the end of the game.... Assuming the enemy isn't unforgivably out of position playing a champion like Ashe.

How to make Nocturne useless: Don't be unforgivably out of position as Ashe. Don't roam down a lane, by yourself as a 0-7 ADC, 600 miles away from any help, with a Nocturne in the game.

His whole usability revolves around the enemy team having immobile squishies that are just really bad at playing the game. His ult simply isn't keeping up with modern league in terms of functionality.

I think he needs the least amount of overhauling, but I also think he needs it those most, even if the changes he needs are just to a single ability, likely his R.

He also has no impact whatsoever. You can go 30-5 as Nocturne and not be able to end the game, because once you press that R button, you cant do anything else. Doesn't matter that u have 10k more gold than your opponents, without your R you cant even touch anything under realistic circumstances. You cant even lay down decent peel or poke, engage, or soak anything. Fiddle and Voli are capable of doing many things with their ults on CD.

Sure there are random games where Nocturne can thrive. They are few and far between, but in those games he cant close, and hes still going to be dependent on his teammates deciding the outcome.

Nocturne is fine as a champ.

Its just that nocturne is a farming jungler, and because of the jungle xp nerfs hes useless, just like all other farming junglers, such as shyvanna, graves, and udyr. The xp nerfs killed Nocturne. Not his kit.
