Vayne does not need a nerf

Of course Vayne needs a massive nerf, she is way too powerful right now. ADC's should not be able to oneshot unless they are ahead. Vayne can one shot right after she gets a few items. WHERE IS THE COUNTERPLAY? You can't do anything to prevent it.
