Hey! Give Evelynn her old W passive back!

They put it back on the PBE, but shortly thereafter it was removed again.

Why? She really needs that sticking power, especially since her Q decays so much. In the league of mobility she really needs that extra speed!

You guys said you wanted this W change to be a buff, and that if it doesn't work out you would try something else, but the community and even you agree that it wasn't a buff! Why no change!?
