I think Lee sin and his friend udyr need a minor buff

Nothing out of the ordinary,I just think it shouldn't be criteria that you main the champ to prove any usefulness with it. How is it fair that Gragas can do what Lee sin can do and do it with less risk and equal reward. I think udyr and Lee sin are in need of minor scaling increase so they can get more out of thier items.
