Please buff jaurim's fist

Jaurim's fist as a concept is really good, not so much on an advanced-item stepping stone though. The way Jaurim's fist is as it is right now is it's only good for those who are dominating their lanes. Jaurim's fist has the same base stats as 1&1/2 a longsword and a single ruby crystal.It has the cost of 1200 gold for the stats 15 ad and 150 hp.This is a lot of gold for these stats early on, lets keep in mind full tier 2 boots at full price cost 1100g. The stacking is what makes it very weak.It takes 30 minions to fully stack it for 150 hp.You lose the stacks after finishing your item making it rather useless. A reasonable buff for this item would be to remove the entire stacking and buff it's health by 100hp giving it a total of 250 hp and 15 ad for 1200. (lets not forget a giants belt is 380hp for 1000) It would be a good bruiser laning item if the stats were offered straightfoward as I can get a tiamat for the same amount.
