Ap junglers are so inferior right now compared to assassins. Maybe showing a little love to runic echoes would help. Just look at the raw stats it gives compared to its ad counter part Warrior. The value of 60 ad is totally different then 60 ap, and while the active is good compensation, its no longer enough for the low ap ratios almost all ap junglers have. Plus most ad junglers also stack lethality. So buffing runic echoes would greatly tip it into balance.
vOmvbrawfU2 votesWhen I'm jungling Fid, I typically just go 100% tank tbh. If I do go AP, then I just upgrade the jg item once (not to runic)...and go norm build after that. Then sell jg item if I get to full build. It's honestly not worth building to waste a spot.

Elise tends to be busted or mediocre. Like Jayce or Shyv, or any other transformer

^ The mistake is in thinking that because many champs have sub 50% win rates means junglers as a whole are suffering, when really there are just so many idiots trying to jump on the Jg bandwagon and playing the role terribly that they drags some numbers down.
