When does Poppy rework go live?

I want to know because she is too difficult to play well consistently in her current state. I am getting reported in half my games because of terrible scores with her, and in the other half of my games, I'm Godlike. I don't want to be banned, so I'm putting her on the shelf until her rework goes live.
