Could we add a Varus Ult-fashioned indicator to where Malzahar's E could spread?

What I mean by this is an indicator much like Varus' Ult, where it shows where the radius in which the AIDS may potentially spread. It wouldn't be a direct nerf to the currently OP support Malzahar, but I think it would help in the counterplay against him. It would also make it easier for New Malzahar players to play him, as they would know exactly to which extent the E would spread.

I also posted this on the LoL subreddit under /u/NEEToast, so just making sure you know it's not copypasta.

The spread is almost adjacency. Stay away from afflicted minions, and you'll be fine.
