@Meddler: Syndras ult, possible compromise without hurting her gameplay

As a syndra main i see alot of "no skill champ" spamming flying around. and i see why they say that.

It's a point and click ult that does insane damage with out much effort, even if you miss your skill shots.

What if you made it into a blockable cone skill shot, similar to Aatrox's, this would reward good positioning and punish bad.

Or, make it into a small AOE ground slam in which she gathers her spheres and throws them in an arch to slam into a small AOE making it more reliant on actually hitting her other skills to lane the ult.

now i understand that this would normally cause you to buff the damage to balance the more difficult skill landing property however the ult is already to strong so this would in turn balance that.

I do not want to see my favorite champ get gutted because shes "brain-dead" or a "point and click champ" so why not simply change the way her ult is delt

They changed the 3-orb ult. She needs skillpositioning to use for all of her other 3 skills. If you ever say syndra has no risk in using her ult, youre really missing something out of the picture.

Also people who are complaining about being one-shotted are either mispositioning hard, or never had the idea of buying mr, or even worse not even having mr runes and having hp scale instead.

For example, one of the most largest reasons why a syndra dies is trying to get into range to use her ult, which is lower than all of her other abilities. Did you ever notice WHY she gets that lame ult upgrade when she hits at LVL 16?. It was one of the main reasons why she was low tier for like 2 seasons. Just because some sheepies who admire LCS jumped in will never change this fact.

They just need to revert her. She was perfectly fine before Riot changed her passive for no reason. She was harder to play but more rewarding and satisfying than she currently is.
