just a quick question. it doesnt say in the discription so i was wondering if anyone knows wheather or not her e stacks dmg. seems like it does but what is the dmg reduction factor for each additional quill

It stacks with a damage reduction factor that you can find by googling.
each feather deals 10% base damage less than the previous one, with the 10th one and all beyond dealing 10% base damage.
So:
- 1 -> 100% base damage
- 2 -> 190%
- 3 -> 270%
- 4 -> 340%
- 5 -> 400%
- 6 -> 450%
- 7 -> 490%
- 8 -> 520%
- 9 -> 540%
- 10, 11, 12, ... -> 550, 560, 570%, ...
