Calling all Jinx Mains: Need Advice

So Ive mained jinx since i started league, i have mastery 6 but i just cant get my 7. if there are any 7's out there i was wondering how i could improve myself. and gameplay tips i might not know?

i start dorans blade and build hurricane and IE for my starting items with warlords as a keystone, my runes i take Armor Pen and AtkSpd starting with 30% atkspd at lvl 1 so i have a decent early game. but there has to be somthing im doing wrong.

also how much do you abuse her ult i abuse the living hell out of it, with such a low cooldown i like to give lanes a quick gank every once in a while with it. not to KS just to give the enemy a friendly reminder that im here
