Professional play ruins player experience

Look I get that worlds is coming up, but balancing a game on 5v5 coordinated professionals on voice coms basically ruins the normal-players experience. I mean the fact that you can "perfectly" combine abilities, create godlike team comps, have "perfect" teammates, can heavily change whether or not a champion is too strong across the board or not.

Im going to give an extreme example, If there were a melee champion with 200 base movement speed and no gap closers, yet that champion had an ability that says "your next auto attack deals 100% max health true damage to target champion" OF COURSE pros would make an entire comp around that champion, they would have all the karmas and lulus in the world also building suff likeitem 3069 item 3222 To make sure that champion can do well and not get kited. (I'm not saying that kind of champion would be fair or balanced at all, but lets continue)

So pretend that champion had a 37% winrate in ranked, it wouldn't matter whether or not it was a bad solo que champion. It wouldn't matter whether players liked that champion or not, the only thing that riot would balance on, is that that it's too strong in pro play.

So I'm just saying that far too many decisions in this game (around balancing pro play) makes a lot of champions that normal players enjoy get nerfed/ nerfed into the ground, because some pro teams out-there decided to play X champion and did well on it.

Balancing the game on the 0.001% of players is like charging $1000.00 for a box of cereal, because there are Billionaires out there who can afford it.......So it obviously makes sense to charge EVERYBODY $1000 for cereal.

You can't balance a game around 99% of the population so it works around them, the game is balanced around the highest skill level because things can be ABUSED at that skill level. Balancing around people that don't play pro would be a really stupid decision.

"skill level" and having voice coms are very different things. Being able to tell your teammates that you are going to do something unexpected can open way more possibilites like saying "start a 4v5 teamfight, I'm going to ghost into flash- protobelt-ult from half way across the map"

I'm probably going to get downvoted as hell for even mentioning this because no one likes Vlad, but he had one of the lowest winrates in the game LAST PATCH in plat+, and now riot decides to nerf him even further in 6.18 because pros play him. Hes sitting at 40% today in diamond. I'm not saying they WILL but i honestly wouldnt be surprised if they nerf him again if pros keep picking him.
