To keep this short, In many cases it's NOT GOOD to take the CS from your teammates, I would rather do the intelligent thing and buy a 
and give the CS to the Fed 
than put myself in a compromised position (prone to getting poked or engaged on) on some melee champions for CS, JUST to undermine my teammate's carry potential (to try and get an S.)
It obviously makes sense to punish you in the end game screen for playing the game intelligently.
Honestly Riot needs to remove CS as a factor even on the rift.
Kinda bs when a 2/10 adc with 200 farm in a 25 minute game can get S
While a fucking 15/1/3 junger with maybe 100 farm at 25 minutes gets an A.
Legit if you want S rank just adk farm all game, fuck team fighting, fuck objectives, just get 1 to 2 kills early game and you can feed all you want as long as you average close to 10 CS a minute.
But yeah you can secure baron, 5 dagons, 2 inhibs, 5 towers, and be 15/0 and if you have average or sub average farm then Riot says fuck you and gives you an A.
What kind of counter profuctive bullshit is this? The system rewards people who screw over their team and punishes people who carry their team.
why does aram even need a rating system for this :/
I think we can all agree that the current ranking system is shit when the best way to get an S+ with literally any champion is this.
I think they have this to reduce the number of chests that people earn in order to encourage people to buy chests with RP.
i buy the coin regardless of my champion in aram. i know more people will fight over the CS, and i know that the coin increeses the teems overall gold per minion.

Not sure that it can entirely be factored out of the equation - given that there is Cs attached to minion kills. To quote from Scarface: "First you get the money, then you get the power."

The rating system isn't based on an objective scale. It's based on other players playing that same champion. Getting a low rating means many other players are doing better than you on that champion.
who tf cares about cs? it almost never matters unless the enemy carry has 100+cs in 20 mins and that almost never happens because noone cares about csing in ARAM
I feel your pain but then people would get S everywhere, CS is a good countermeasure to how easy it is to farm levels (for your account) in ARAM, you'd end up with a ton of boxes and ultimately Riot would loose money, boxes from S ranks SHOULD be somewhat rare and represent hard work.
Why? May as well take kills, damage, wards, and everything other than the nexus kill out of rating because that's the only real measure of how you did in the game.
