for 2250 gold you get a stronger passive than sunfire. You get more hp than warmog, you get 20% reduction damage passive, you get free damage from smite (and also get broken 5% return damage from gromp buff), you get free extra gold from jungle monster. Yes it's balanced because you get 5740 gold stats for 2250gold. this item is only 255% gold efficiency that's why it's balanced so now stop saying this item is a problem because support, jungle and top buy this item and stop saying tank meta need nerf ok ?

half of those things you mentioned can be applied to every single jungle item... if you were only talking about the sunfire effect and the %bonus hp then you might have something but you are also complaining about what every single jungle item does
