Veigar ulti is now a skillshot. taric stun is now a skillshot. gunblade active is now a skillshot. your mom is now a skillshot. all champion avatar are redesigned. 56champions are reworked. jungle is reworked. snowball summoner spell is now available in summoner rift. price of skin increased by 14% because of 2014 inflation. ekko nerfed. (ulti ap ratio decreasd to 1.0 from 1.3, but ap ratio of E increased to 0.6 from 0.2 for compensation.) added new awesome feature : pumpkin feature ! you can buy pumpkins on store for 500rp each. it does nothing but the more pumpkin you buy the more it does nothing ! and extra bonus : people can check your profile to see how many pumpkins you bought. death recap now work properly and replay will be added very soon after (april fool ! but we are intensely working on it ! promise !).

Poor effort. Most of the troll patch notes posts I've seen in the past have had a LOT more effort put into them than this.

why are you so butthurt?

except for some exceptions, skillshots create a lot more gameplay than on target abilities. the problem is, that ranged on target abilities on a short cooldown usually have horrible balance issues.

look at leblancs q, and how much it was nerfed over the years to be tolerable.

the problem is that these abilities are usually incredible opressive in lane.
