meta adcs adcs caitlyn does well against 4-5 man ganks bot lane are common caitlyn works well in an environment with consistent ganking because of her long range and traps support itemization and peeling champions are extremely powerful at the moment, which also benefits caitlyn (as well as every other carry)

it's like back when rammus and malphite had super high winrates and banrates in diamond when everyone was running 3 marksmen teams. they didn't get nerfed, they simply stopped when 5 ad team comps stopped being a thing

sure, caitlyn might be overtuned when so much of the meta favors her, and some of it might take a while to switch. but it's better to wait and see how she is after all her good matchups arent meta and jungle nonsense is sorted out and make sure she isn't sejuani'd and the list of viable adcs shrinks even more

lcs isn't meta though.

Vayne makes the list because of her synergy with q/IE/Stattik. There is no other reason than that first shot from her.

She also has the 2nd highest winrate behind Twitch and that is only by 0.3%.

Play twitch, lose lane then win the game anyway unless your team is full bonobo and died 30 times in 20 minutes.

It doesnt matter that twitch and vayne lose lane to cait, because they auto win the game after the 30 min mark if they arent dced/afk.

Wow! Almost like a late game carry - carries late game! Shocking concept i know, but maybe if you punish his weak early mid game and start closing the game, those late game carries wont destroy you.

Listen here chump, if you drag the game long enough that all players are full build, your precious KD means jackshit, at that point the game with the most late game carried and strategy wins.
