Why are we changing this again?

Enchantment : Devourer Base damage reverted to 30 from 25 Stacks to transform reverted to 30 from 35 Stacks given for Rift Herald kill reduced to 2 **

Rift Herald was hardly a problem if at all, this isn't the right direction for nerfs to sated

I think we need to change the stats the item provides, or not even touch it and hit rageblade this doesn't really make any sense.
