Please don't do this
Curtain Call (R) slow increased to 99% from 80%.
I don't think this is needed at all. Other changes I'm ok with but this is just gonna make his ult braindead easy to use... Please no

Lol quit trolling. They wouldn't...
Rito wtf?

makes it funnier with the name MrBuffington

Hijacking the top comment if people don't realize that RiotGypsy said on Reddit he probably isn't keeping these buffs.
That sort of is the point of the PBE.
Testing things. Y'know.
not balance wise, only bug wise. PBE has nothing to that really helps with knowing if a buff or nerf is too strong or harsh. For more than a shot at the broadside of barn it has to go live. Xin's buff is still crazy and unneeded. dunno why it went through.
I mean, Riot has balanced a huge number of things while they were on PBE before. Hell, even the Xin buffs got changed a little bit throughout. So I don't know where this is coming from.
you realize that this changes almost nothing...there is a floor where you cant go below xx movespeed (150 I think). with an 80% reduction you almost hit that anyway so...yea...
this might counter those homeguard-tp-ghost-mobi's-deadmans-rammus' out there
Yeah this ^. You are not really going to notice it that much. It's a slight buff. Not as good as it looks on paper.
C'mon dude, this is the league community. People aren't be smart. It's like that toxic guy said that one time "There will be at most 3 somewhat smart people in a game, and 7 retards."
Context from Gypsylord (also linked in post) - likely to be reverted. https://www.reddit.com/r/leagueoflegends/comments/48iiuy/31_pbe_update/d0k00hb
""My motivations around balancing Jhin at this point are about asking the question, "How should this character's kit function and would I nerf him in other ways to achieve that functionality?"
I'm experimenting with buffing the slow values on his kit because I feel he may not be contributing the baseline of utility I intended for those spells.
The buff to R's slow is likely going to be reverted, but I'm liking the extra 5% on traps. Gives him more reason to put them out in the world as zoning tools instead of just saving them to force enemy movement in engagements.
Checked and made sure the slow still isn't strong enough to guarantee a hit on a champ running through, that would be bad. Part of the reason Lotus Traps are allowed to scale well and be stacked is because it requires followup for them to hit.""
Its like people don't read the full article anymore lol.
Copying from a post I made on reddit:

Jhin is super strong, but the amount of peel he requires to stay alive in a teamfight is ridiculous, that or he stays so far back he isn't even in the fight except for his ult. The trap slow increase is a super good idea, but personally I think working with his W wouldn't be such a bad idea. They basically have to be already CC'd or not expecting the W for it to hit, and even then quick reactions can dodge it. So maybe reduce the delay slightly or give him a CDR if he hits an opponent so he can use it again quicker?
It might give him too much power but I think its power that can be outplayed rather than just giving him a ton of slows, which have no effect on his main weakness (dashes and blinks).
Taking out his intended weaknesses is not a good idea.
I didn't say taking out his intended weaknesses now did I?
I said his intended weaknesses are too much in most situations and it puts a strain on the whole team just to compensate. You can't even engage because all it takes is one person with high burst and decent Mobility to jump on him and he is dead.
My idea was not to lessen his weakness, it was to further reward him for hitting his only for of peel. As it is now, its not only difficult to pull off on most divers/assassins, but its effectiveness is insufficient most of the time.
It's the same with any immobile ADC though?
I'd argue Ashe or Fortune are more screwed if someone jumps her then Jhin is.
Jhin has more tools to deal with this then most.
In all honesty this isn't as bad as it sounds, slows have diminishing returns after a certain point (a soft cap). 80% to 99% might seem like a lot, but because the soft cap is reached at about 70% this PBE change only results in an additional 5 MS if that.
That being said I don't think this is the way to buff him. I would rather they give him a way to shorten his reload time so that he can actually deal with tanks late game.
Context, they aren't going to keep this at 99%. It's to test where they want to increase utility, and they said it is pretty much certain to get reverted. In fact, it was linked to right in the surrender@20 page in this post.
Unfortunately, I think this buff is because of the Swiftness Boots and the mobility creep they provide. With even ADCs buying it Jhin, who heavily relies on slows to set up his damage, ends up suffering. I too disagree with these buffs because it feels like it assumes Swiftness Boots are being bought, but Boots of Swiftness are a problem that require a long-term solution in order to be dealt with. And that's not taking into account the numerous blinks, leaps, and dashes in the game.
Nonetheless I definitely agree that this buff, assuming my speculation is accurate, is very short-sighted and likely to exacerbate the problem more than it will help Jhin.
If you actually read the fucking post it says that it is 99% going to get reverted.
But then you wouldn't be able to get your pointless Internet points, would you child?
Summoner with name Clit Yeastwood calls someone a child. The irony...
Gypsy said "this is likely to be reverted"
It's going to be reverted. Gypsy said on reddit that he'll most likely revert that change and keep the E slow buff.
This buff makes no sense. He needs to be buffed in other areas, the ult is the only strong thing about him right now. Also nobody is going to notice the buff at all unless you are powerballing down midlane as AP Rammus with mobas or something.
They said it will propably be reverted.
99% slow... wow. Just wow. Considering that Kindred's 80% slow is broken AF, 99% can as well be considered a (perma)snare.
it says its getting reverted =|
Funny, his ult never kills me. Might be do to me playing tanks like Ali or mobile champs like Hec XD
But in all seriousness, that does seem uncalled for. Basically a 100% slow???!!! No champ has a slow that high, i think the highest was 80%.

Thresh and Talon have a 99% slow but those are essentially at melee range, this is like SCREENS away
So does zillean. But, it doesn't matter because of the soft cap. A champion can't go below X ms, so an additional 19% doesn't matter much.
Talon have a 99% slow
That awkward moment when fluff is added to the kit, solely so the fluff passive can be used. at all.
I mean fluff is always fluffy right ;o So this technically talon is fluffy and I want to fluff him some more .-.
Cough
cough
cough
Zilean has a 99% slow as does Thresh.
If the other boots were less crappy or evenly priced with swiftness boots this wouldn't be a problem
The slow only lasts 0.75 seconds, it's not the end of the world.

This change will be ok, if they shave of an equal ammount of damage of his 4th auto as they buff his slow by, tired of seeing fed Jhins effortlessly oneshot squishies with 75%+ hp with only one fucking auto, it's dumb is shit. Aside of that, yes I agree his ult is somewhat unimpactfull, but that definately doesn't mean he's UP, he's played and banned consistently at plat+. Get a grip Riot.
Edit: Ok, just saw it will get reverted.
No one should have a slow that much, thresh needs it ripped from his kit (along other things) but thats one of the main reasons they hate him, its just too much. People will hate jhin for the same reason if they decide to go through with these silly buffs >.>
noones bitching about nasus 99 percent movement speed slow or attack speed slow
Because his doesn't hit up to 4 people, it isn't loaded with damage, nor is it 3000 range.
What if Jhin's reload time was reduced by 1% (multiplicative) for every 20 bonus ms he has after the 4th shot?
I think it would open up a bit more builds and fix his reload issue reasonably.
Cause I don't see why jhin's ulti slow needs increasing....
Because then his passive would just be that much longer lol
It wouldn't need any nerf to make it longer 1%(multiplicative) per 20 bonus ms isn't anything even at 1000 MS it would only at most be 2.125 reload and 500 which is a normal amount would only be about 2.3. His base MS is 335 btw which wouldn't be calculated into it.
He doesn't need a major reload buff just a way to lower it and MS which he gets from his passive anyways (And AS) is a reasonable way to do it which would also in turn give him more item builds diversity.
I meant his passive would go from like 3 paragraphs to 4
