Guinsoo's Rageblade Feels Horrible This Patch

Pretty much any on-hit item feels awful in a patch where assassins rule the day and everyone is an assassin, you'll never survive long enough to proc anything. Not even Yi can build this way in Plat+ unless you want to be a troll and useless to your team.

Ignore armor. Ignore magic resist. AD and AP rule.
