That's not possible if you're a level 30 you shouldn't be going against players lower level than you. if you use op.gg than sometimes they give the wrong info. My friend is level 30 and it shows him as a level 24 :/

Im Gold. was trying to practice new champs in normals and neither support was a high enough level to have a keystone. Everyone else in the game was soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo bad. Felt like a bot game, finished like 24:1:6 cuz they 3 man tower dove me once early game and i still got a double. Stopped playing normals after that.

Physically speaking, you shouldn't be eligible without at least 16 champs.

Likely the Added free to play roster for supports, made a lot more of the newer player base eligible.
