Flex Que is so awful for the people who want to take it seriously

I play against Plats, Diamonds and occasionally master tier/challenger players and when someone troll picks hardcore due to autofill or something all people say is "fuck it, it's just flex que." You get demonized for wanting to actually win in this ranked que and trying to get people to actually try.
