I really think it'd be nice if people had a chance to get their permabanned accounts back once a year, that way they get a chance to prove they've reformed. I know some people would go right back to being toxic, but if they were still at the warning level of a post 2 week ban then they'd very very quickly get perma'd again.
That would likely be a horrible Christmas present for everyone else in the game.
Would be nice if riot would push out a ban wave right before the holidays so we could play in a non-toxic environment for one day a year.
Dude, toxic players got a lot of chances before getting permabanned...why would they be free again to ruin the games? I mean, it makes no sense for me...

No your wrong about that, you can talk about how easy it is to be perma-banned and return but your not happy about it! You should understand how I know this ;) Your still talking about it. You claim it doesn't bother you yet you 'Keep on about it' ..
I understand you are upset, Not because we have talked but because you have made a mission to try to sway/inform others that this is easy for players and not a big deal, but it is a big deal. Not many will admit that and this is a reason I will say things others won't. You know I sympathize with you, but only to a point.

But you are only accounting for people who get punished just for being toxic. Would this same rule apply towards people who were hacking, account sharing, Boosting, etc? Plus just having one day to show you have improved cant really be showing any effort. I mean im sure even the most toxic player could control themselves for one day!
The type of people that get perma-banned would simply be like "ooh I get to be toxic and troll again for a day and it's xmas, this will be extra fun!"
-Rito unbans all perm-banned accounts on christmas day -Athiests enjoy december even more with all the random stuff (increased pay on "Holidays" and low overall traffic)
They got chat restricted twice & a 14 days suspension before they got permabanned. That's enough chances they had.
Riot tried something like that already with something stupid like 99.8% of those same accounts getting banned again. Unless there is some form of global 'discipline the douche' initiative I dont forsee Riot trying to do a reform system again.
How about as a Christmas present to all the players that haven't been punished before Riot implements IP\MAC address bans!
